experimental beers with a botanical twist

Elderberry Wheat Beer

Since I’d made elderflower wheat beer at the beginning of the summer, I had to make elderberry wheat beer from the same backyard tree at the end of the summer. Brewed 8 August 2017.

Notes

As so many brewers have discovered, elderberries and beer is a match made in heaven.
Add orange peels about 15 minutes before end of boil.
